Jean Hawney

Jean Hawney is a pediatric bilingual (Spanish) speech language pathologist with over 15 years of experience working with infants, children and adults with swallowing and communication impairments.

Jean has worked in a variety of settings across the lifespan, including early childhood intervention, outpatient and private clinics, public schools, adult and pediatric inpatient rehabilitation units, skilled nursing facilities and pediatric acute care. Currently, Jean primarily focuses on supporting parents of breastfed and bottle fed infants, as well as infants and toddlers who have difficulty transitioning to solids. Jean also works closely with medically fragile infants and children who have tracheostomy tubes and weaning of feeding tubes.

Lisa Gonzalez

Lisa Gonzalez is a senior speech-language pathologist with over 20 years of experience in medical-based pediatric care, specializing in neonates and medically complex infants. She works in hospital intensive care settings and partners with families to support feeding and communication through evidence-based, family-centered care.

Ryanne Ducoff

OTR/L

Ryanne Ducoff, OTR/L is a pediatric occupational therapist with over five years of experience working across hospital and outpatient settings. She specializes in developmental pediatric therapy, sensory feeding, and neuro-rehabilitation, and takes a patient-centered, collaborative approach to help children build skills and thrive in their daily lives.

Mckenna Jones

OTR/L

McKenna Jones, OTR/L is a pediatric occupational therapist with over six years of experience working in outpatient clinics, home health, and hospital-based settings, including the NICU. She specializes in infant development, feeding, and neurological-based care, and collaborates closely with families to provide individualized, functional treatment plans for children with complex needs.

Jacquie Rosen

SLP, CLC

Jacquie Rosen is a speech-language pathologist with eight years of experience in medical-based pediatric care, specializing in feeding and swallowing disorders related to complex diagnoses. She works in hospital intensive care settings and partners with families to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs.

Lauren Caspary

Lauren Caspary has been a speech language pathologist for over 20 years. She has extensive clinical experience with specialization in the treatment of brain injuries, strokes, NICU and post-NICU feeding, including feeding disorders and oral aversion.

Devin Marsh

Devin Marsh is a pediatric speech-language pathologist with six years of experience specializing in feeding and swallowing disorders. She provides evidence-based, collaborative care and works closely with families to develop safe, effective feeding plans while empowering caregivers to support success at home.
